Ironworks Speed & Kustom LLC started in a 700 sq ft shop in 2001 in Downtown Bakersfield. In almost 10 years, it has gone from a one man shop to 7 person staff. We design and build quality cars, no project is too big or too small. We're beginning to sell our own chassis's in an attempt to raise the bar of what is currently available for in the market. We design most of parts in Solidworks and laser cut and machine many parts. We use technology to help lower the cost of labor. We specialize in high end quality fabrication. We do the work it takes to have a vehicle unlike anything else on the road. If nobody makes what is needed in the market place for the customers desired out come we design and build it. Ironworks Test Car Project, 1955 Chevrolet sedan. This car will be built to show case and further test the design of our new chassis line up for Tri-5 Chevys. It will feature an 800hp blown LS engine, with a paddle shifted 4L80 Trans. It will have 18x10's and 19x12's. We hope to work with a few guys in industry to develop a few new parts that have never been seen.
